Airplanes in Russia

Russia had a great number of planes in soviet era. Functioning airports had been present in every middle to major city of the country. However, throughout 90’s there were very few companies working in this area.

Now the situation has changed. A middle class has appeared in the country, and it demanded quick ways to travel around the country.

When you take a domestic flight, you will notice that people who fly with you are quite different from their “railway” counterparts. Most of them have Apple products on board. The younger ones use their iPhones for entertainment. They smile, and they laugh, sometimes too much. This is so called “golden youth” – sons and daughters of rich people.
The older passengers take out their MacBooks and work until landing.

This category of passengers is quite interesting. It can be a CEO of some small company, or an accountant for larger company. By their look you can say that they possess understanding of life, and have good income. But that’s just looks as all they can is fly around in order to support their importance in their own eyes while working for the company. None of them are freelancers.
